    Hi,

    Installed that kztimer version and confirmed that the ranking system was enabled. Still the same.. When changing back to sqlite in databases.cfg it's working again.

    Then there have to be some right issues. I'd assume the db user is not allowed to write. If he is then there is still an issue with remote access.

    Are there any tables in the db automatically created by kztimer? It should.

    Attached screenshots of the database, user permissions to the database and the databases.cfg setup.
    It does create the tables in the database automatically, but seems like the player points are left out?

    Just to be sure, check .../csgo/cfg/KZTimerGlobal.cfg for this:

    // on/off - Player point system
    // -
    // Default: "1"
    // Minimum: "0.000000"
    // Maximum: "1.000000"
    kz_point_system "1"

    Otherwise I am really running out of ideas. Maybe try and add a new user in phpmyadmin like this:

    Klick on the db and then on "Rights". Klick "Add User" at the bottom. Enter username, host = %, your password and then simply check the box "Grant all rights to the database "kztimerdb". -> OK

    No Global Rights needed.

    Edit: I remember messing around with this too when I separated db and gameserver:

    https://developer.sugarcrm.com/2012...everse-dns-lookup-to-speed-up-response-times/

    Not sure if it helps in your case.

    I doublechecked that the kz_point_system was on in the kz config. Made a new user account with access to the database and added "
    skip-name-resolve" in the mysql config with no luck.

    Edit: Tested with another VM with mysql server and csgo on the same server and this is the error I get:
